Returns and Exchanges
Everybody can have a vicious body and we want you to love being in yours!
We know that sometimes buying online can be challenging so we want to give you the piece of mind to know there will be a process available to you if your vicious body purchase is not suitable when it arrives. Here is your guide to follow in that situation:
- Email a VB crew member within 7 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your situation as we may be able to provide a suggestions for an exchange of item. We will email you the process to return your purchase for exchange and give you the return address details too. We will be more than happy to exchange the item for any other item of equal or greater value and can process any additional charges for you with your authorization. We will ask you to please cover the cost of returning the item to us.
- If your vicious body purchase is in the original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unsoiled and with the original packaging and no other suitable item is available for exchange, we will gladly offer you a refund as long as you can send us back the proof of purchase. We can then process the refund back to the original method of payment. We won’t be able to refund the original shipping costs unfortunately.
- If you are returning your vicious body purchase for a refund we will email you a return form to fill in and send back in your mail bag with your item and a copy of the proof of purchase. Once we have received your return we will notify you via email when the refund as been administered. For all domestic returns please allow up to 7 business days for the confirmation email. This will accommodate our more remote vicious bodies! Return address details will be on the return form.
- We do not accept any exchanges or refunds on sale items so please choose carefully during sale time…You will most definitely need to love the vicious body you are in then!
